I’m VERY picky about who I’ll speak with and I’ve got a strict (but reasonable) set of criteria that needs to be met in order for us to proceed.

1. You must have an established school. 
This offer is for schools that are up and running already and simply want to run a lot faster and a lot farther. 
So you need to have Title IV, and you can’t be “just starting out” or working to get your accreditation. Sorry... 

2. You must already be spending money on marketing 
This means you understand the importance of investing money to generate leads.

If you are totally unwilling to invest in marketing, your school will never grow. 
You don't need to have a huge marketing budget, but your school can’t be totally broke. 

3. You must have a good attitude and be willing to learn... 
If you feel like you know-it-all already, then my coaching and guidance won’t work… 
Seasoned school owners with years of “experience” are actually sometimes the hardest to coach, if they aren’t willing to be a “student” again on the subjects of marketing and admissions. 

4. You must be ethical and deliver a great program 
Everything we do together will not only be bringing you more students, more money, and more profits, but we’ll be doing it in a way that creates MASSIVE goodwill in the market. 
And in order for us to do that, you need to have your act together. 
In other words, you need to be legit. 

5. You and your admissions team MUST follow directions 
(Don’t worry, I won’t ask you to do anything weird.) 
After all, if you and your team don’t actually implement the stuff I give you, neither one of us will make money.
